ConferenceSubmissions has a fully-configurable design. That means it adapts to how you want to work and not vice-versa. For example, you can name the submissions and documents you want uploaded by authors and decide how to set the following preferences:

  • the maximum number of submissions per author
  • what file types you want the documents to be
  • or, if you want the document to be uploaded via a text box
  • how many characters (max and min) you want the document to be (only via text box upload)
  • whether you want the collection of co-authors and co-presenters data, including citation order
  • authors to choose one of the list of tracks/themes that you specify
  • authors to opt-in for student submissions
  • authors to opt-in for prizes or awards
  • Standard placeholders for: Call for papers and flyer, guidelines for reviewers, authors, presenters, chairs and document templates and instructions.

    ConferenceSubmissions supports fully double blind coordinator controlled evaluation and review. These are the main features and preferences:

  • full coordinator overwrite and show/hide review privileges
  • unlimited rounds of review and reviewers per document
