ConferenceSubmissions has a fully-configurable design. That means it adapts to how you want to work and not vice-versa. For example, you can name the submissions and documents you want uploaded by authors and decide how to set the following preferences:

the maximum number of submissions per author

what file types you want the documents to be

or, if you want the document to be uploaded via a text box

how many characters (max and min) you want the document to be (only via text box upload)

whether you want the collection of co-authors and co-presenters data, including citation order

authors to choose one of the list of tracks/themes that you specify

authors to opt-in for student submissions

authors to opt-in for prizes or awards

Standard placeholders for: Call for papers and flyer, guidelines for reviewers, authors, presenters, chairs and document templates and instructions.
