I want to know more about using ConferenceSubmissions for an event I am organising.

I have forgotten my password or requested a new one and still have problems.

Please use the "Send me a new password" feature if you have forgotten your password.

If you have requested a new password it will have been sent to you. Please check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders where your email filter is likely to have stored it. If it is not there after one hour then please email info@conferencesubmissions.com .

You must add the domain conferencesubmissions.com to your approved list of senders and ensure that your network administrator does this too.

I want to know about the status of my submission or deadlines or have a question about a conference, including the submission procedure/themes/types etc.

Do not contact ConferenceSubmissions as we cannot help. You should contact the conference organiser.

I have problems logging in.

When I try to log in I get the following message "You are trying to login with an unverified email address."
You should check your email (including any spam or bulk folders and filters) and click the link to verify that you own that email address before trying to log in. If you have not received the email, please send an email to info@conferencesubmissions.com.

You must add the domain conferencesubmissions.com to your approved list of senders and ensure that your network administrator does this too.
When I try to log in I get the following message " You have entered an unknown email address..."
This means you are using an email address which is not registered with ConferenceSubmissions.

If you are sure you have a ConferenceSubmissions account then try another email address that you are likely to have registered or try again with the same email but make sure you type correctly.

If you don't have a ConferenceSubmissions account then you need to create one before trying to log in.

I don't understand how a particular page or action works.

Read the Help on each page, which can be accessed by the Help button at the top of the screen.

I want to submit an Abstract, but it is not among the possible submission types.

Read the Help on each page. You can choose the document types to upload once you have selected the submission type.

I am not sure whether you have received my document.

What you see online is what the event organiser can see too. You can validate whatever you have uploaded by downloading it on the same page.
